We purchased a new property and was concerned about the state of the electrics. Sham came down to carry out an electrical inspection, he explained to us why it would be better to have a fresh rewire. He came back the following week, and started re-wiring the house. He also added a security alarm, smoke alarm, a few spot lights etc. I was very impressed with his work and didn't realise the amount of work needed to get it done. I will always recommend him now.
